Why We Built This Site
Arkansas offers several public access routes, but each custodian holds a different part of the record. The Ouachita County Sheriff's Department maintains jail and sheriff records. Court clerks hold charges and dispositions, while Arkansas State Police provides state criminal-history products using ACIC information. Corrections and the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry add separate state systems. The site organizes the official contacts, search routes, costs, and request steps for those offices.
